Theron served his apprenticeship in horology at a well established company in Auckland. After thirteen years with the same company, he decided it was time to venture out on his own but still does contract work for them. Theron has spent the last twenty years specialising in clock repairing and restoration work. No job has been found to be too big or too small for The Clock Clinic, having worked on many of Auckland’s tower clocks and at the same time working on some of the smallest intricate timepieces.
