What you should know about MS Engineering
Extending its different jobbing reach, MS Engineering assisted with fabrication of a Tug and Stupid Barge. One of our customers asked us to be involved in a complex construct of a skylight for a top final house project in Takapuna. Specialized truck and trailer building is another string in the bow of MS Steelfab, having designed and built specialist helicopter ground promote trucks, loading systems, rubbish collection and compaction units, changeable hydraulic cranes, lattice crane booms, road lime stabilizing equipment and important steel molds for the Ore cast tangible industry to name a few. MS Engineering was glad to assist, from designing the boom to suit the specific requirements expected from our customer, to the thick fabrication, blasting and painting of the digger to ensure it was a one of a kind purpose built machine. This project is a good example of many of the different engineering specialties that we have lower one roof including Hydraulics, aluminum Stainless and Steel Fabrication. MS Steelfab produce many components which are not followed by a machining process, accuracy and finish often become more significant, in an as welded finish, a correct testament to the skills of our fabricators.
In 2016 it was identified that there was an opening for the business to start completing Lightfab work internally to the business. This ensures that any requirement that needs to be met on a project can be sourced and completed quickly and efficiently in house, using all the skills available through the different areas. While many of these fabrications are machined by MS Precision in house, others are simply healthy beyond the size of our machining capability. Jules has been in the Warkworth area all of her life, and as such has worked for abundant important organizations in the area.
With five defined departments, MS Jobbing Hydraulics, MS Steelfab, MS Lightfab, MS Precision, and MS Truck Build the company has the resources to successfully whole a very diverse range of engineering projects.
