Whether you want to unite the Gym for your personal healthy being and fitness, or to unite one of our Indoor Netball Leagues, we donate a range of services aimed at keeping our community happy, fit and healthy! ST is the next slick training system designed to retain Kumeu Clientele sound as healthy as delivering a highly effective daily training regime to ensure they meet their fitness goals.

Prior you start your ST sessions you will be shown by one of the highly trained Personal Trainers how to warm up, stretch and use positive techniques exercises to prepare for each session. We have a team of personal trainers and fitness instructors at the gym who are ready and waiting to help you come your goals!. Both Rob and Cassie personally train individual clients, as healthy as instructing group fitness classes at Kumeu Gym. Strength Tone Our strength and tone classes focus on core strength and stability, which will assist you improve posture, flexibility and back health.
